MDR and conveyor work, by application

These are example scopes by application, describing the kind of work we quote. They are not specific customer projects, and we don’t publish customer names.

By application

Where MDR conveyor controls fit

Tell us which of these is closest to your system and what it needs to do. We’ll scope from there.

Example scope

E-commerce pick modules

Zoned MDR through pick aisles and mezzanines, tote and carton accumulation at pick stations, merges into a takeaway line, and WMS-directed routing.

Example scope

Parcel induction & sortation

Singulation and gapping ahead of a scanner, carton tracking to a sorter, divert confirmation, lane-full handling, and no-read recirculation.

Example scope

Packaging end of line

Case conveyors from packers to palletizing, accumulation to buffer upstream stoppages, and handshakes with case erectors, sealers, and printers.

Example scope

Manufacturing WIP transport

Roller conveyor moving parts or totes between work cells, with stop and release at stations and interlocks to the cell controls.

Example scope

Returns processing

Induction stations, scan and inspect points, and diverts to restock, refurbish, or disposal lanes with exception handling.

Example scope

AMR & lift handoffs

Pick-up and drop-off conveyor stations for mobile robots and vertical lifts, with handshakes so a transfer only starts when both sides are ready.
